your roads were poorly done & now water services theres no sign of it coming .title deeds to the house are not available but we paid in full.social amenities nothing

Fidelity you have neglected the area before meeting your side of the bargain. Why not issue out commercial stands rather than this. I enquired commercial stands in 2017 and you said they are sold out. Where are they being built. If you look the entrance from Amalinda road it already resembles Ghetto. I am gutted.

I am saying no to illegal structures. The area now looks like Epworth I do have a business stand there how are we going to operate when surrounded by illegal structures please put our area in order .

Fidelity is urged to maintain the upper standard of the surbub

Lets see the uregnt removal of illegal strutures; development of open spaces for the intended purposes; compliant to title requirements such as water reticulation; and most importantly issuing of title deeds.
