Fibre Broadband for the Doon- Castledaly Area.

We are all starting to get frustrated at the lack of adequate broadband services in the Doon- Castledaly Area. Looking at excellent services 15 miles away in Athlone and getting little or no essential broadband/ mobile services can be hard to take.
We want to see companies like Vodafone, Three/O2, Meteor and eMobile to launch their 4G services here, we are very close to Athlone who have all these services.
We also want to see Eircom, Vodafone/ESB, UPC and Sky launch their fibre broadband services in the area. We currently cannot get more than 4mb and this is uncongested (i.e it will get slower when more people connect to the network). Even if we were to get FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet), we would still get access to better service.
So I ask everyone that is in this area to sign this online petition. This is our only hope to try to encourage these companies who do not want to invest money in the area.
