As you know, there is an ominous period of waiting after the application into University. UCAS requires an email to keep you updated on the status of your applications. Many of us in year 13 use an external email client such as; -Hotmail -Bt Mail -Yahoo Mail -Sky.com Mail -Icloud Email These are services which were not blocked at school upon the time of applying for University, but has been blocked in the recent weeks. This makes it impossible to access any emails regarding the status of an application and any posible offers, at school, on hotmail. The purpose of this petition is to gather enough support for this cause to carry our query to Sixth Form Council, with enough support for their consideration. Please sign up and join the fight against media retrictions.

it is actually insane that they expect us to submit these apps but wont let us check our own email accounts. how are we supposed to see if we got an interview??

Ridiculous. applying for uni is stressful enough without the school blocking my hotmail. sort it out.
