I'm wanting too start a petition for my stepfather who has congestive heart failure. He's Social Security Disability Income for almost 2 years. He can't get his Medicare until July, 2011. He needs a Cardiologist right now and my mom and him can't afford too pay for one. But if you have End Stage Renal Disease or AIDS you can get. I think that this is slowly killing him. He has had his heart defibrilated 5 times in the last year for tachycardia. Well each time he is gone to the hospital they won't admit him because, HE HAS NO INSURANCE NOR MEDICARE.
