A two time Medal of Honor recipient who's legacy should be carried on in the Navy. The previous DE/FF named after him was well decorated and deserves the right to once again sail the seas.

I had the honor and privilege to serve on the USS McCloy FF-1038 from 1987 to 1990. I think the name should live on in the Navy as a FFG in the Constellation class.
