we call on the city of victoria to provide outdoor seating, tables and possibly a tent in fernwood square for public use. we feel this would enhance the neighborhood and provide a healthy environment during the current covid-19 outbreak. social distancing is paramount to successfully combating this pandemic.This would also provide aid to the local restaurants and cafes in the area who may be struggling. the care and sanitation of the amenities would be provided and serviced by the local businesses
