فرشته ناجی حبیب زاده روزنامه‌نگار، محقق و فعال حقوق بشر بخاطر فعالیتهای خبری و حقوق بشری و همچنین بخاطر شرکت در تظاهرات و شناسایی تحت تعقیب نیروهای امنیتی رژیم جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار گرفت و این امر منجر به خروج وی از کشور شد. بعد از خروج از کشور خانم ناجی حبیب زاده در ترکیه خود را به کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل معرفی‌ کرد و پس از گذشته حدود ۳ سال ایشان همچنان بلاتکلیف در ترکیه بسر میبرند. نامبرده حدود ۱۵ ماه است که از بیماری رنج میبرد که این امر زندگی‌ ایشان را در مخاطره جدی قرار داده. متاسفانه کمیساریای عالی‌ پناهندگان سازمان ملل در ترکیه به ایشان تا کنون به غیر از کمک مالی بالغ بر ۱۵۰ لیر ترکیه هیچگونه کمک دیگری نکرده اند. ما بدین وسیله از کمیساریای عالی‌ پناهندگان سازمان ملل در ترکیه تقاضا داریم که اولا خانم فرشته ناجی حبیب زاده را تحت پوشش پزشکی قرار داده و دوم آنکه به پرونده وی در رابطه با وضعیت پناهندگی ایشان سریعاً رسیدگی به عمل آورند و ایشان را به کشوری امن منتقل کنند. Fereshteh Naji Habib Zadeh; journalist, writer and human rights activist is prosecuted and identified in Iran by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran for her journalistic activities and participating in protests. This led to her departure from the country. After leaving the country, Ms. Naji Habib Zadeh introduced herself to Higher Commissioner for Refugees of United Nations in Turkey and after the past of 3 years she has been in Turkey still undecided. She is suffering from the serious sickness about 15 months what her life can bring in danger. Unfortunately, Higher Commissioner for Refugees of United Nations in Turkey did not help her except 150 TL and she did not have any other help. Here by we request the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Turkey that first to arrange a medical coverage for Ms. Naji Habib Zadeh, second to investigate her refugee file one more time and take action to transfer her to a safe country immediately.
