I want my money to go to Fender, please don't make me piece one together from Allparts or Warmoth....
I'd buy a Squier Electric XII in a heartbeat! I prefer the bound necks with block inlays, but I'd take dots if that's all they had. White with a tortoiseshell guard please!
The Fender Electric XII is one of the most iconic and unique guitars ever made, and needs to make a comeback! If not the original design, then bring back the Venus XII, which was nearly as cool. I have owned several Squier guitars over the years, and I can safely say that the current Classic Vibe and Vintage Modified lines are amazing instruments. All you're lacking is an Electric XII
I recently bought a VM Squier Jazzmaster that far exceeded my expectations. If Squier did a VM Fender XII I'm sure they would do a wonderful job of it.
I would love to see a Fender and/or Squier out and affordable. Maybe B&B and/or matching headstock. And cool colors!

Owned one 40 years ago and have regretted selling it ever since. Matching headstock/block inlay please!
