Little Raven, being special needs, loves gathering her rocks out there and is in need of this space. She is so happy and doing much better with this space.
I'm heartbroken and pray everything ends well with this ridiculous issue.
You also have the right to know who complained.
You need this fence, especially with the little one's being out of school for so long.

The fence isn’t bothering anybody it looks very nice I myself have a child with autism also adhd so I understand these parents concern for there child safety let these parents keep there fence and keep there child safe

If there were ever an exception that needed to be made for a given rule, it would be this rule. For this girl. Special situations require special resolutions.

This man is just trying to protect his baby girl from getting hurt. The fence is nice it isn't an eye sore. Hey make him take it down. Is the little girls life really worth a fence in the front.
