This fence is a reasonable accommodation for a little girl with a disability- to keep her safe from eloping. The fence is professionally built and is on the property of the homeowners. The community needs to be reasonable and responsible in how they deal with their most vulnerable citizens.

This is not right people should not be told what to do with there property that they work hard to pay for plus this is even worse that his daughter needs to be safe and playbin the yard like other kids. Unless the county pays his house note i don't see how anyone can tell him what to do.

This fence isn't harming anyone, but could harm her if taken down. It looks great and cute and is helping to keep her safe. We have autistic children in my family and I can say this would have helped many times.

It is unintelligible for a governmental entity that preaches about child safety would stand in the way doing that very thing. Cut the politics, save the BS, and do what’s right for this little girl’s safety and future.
