I'm based in Bergamo and here during winter is freezing specially in the morning when you have to leave home at 04:30 or in the night when you land at midnight. And a part of the cold very often we have to walk around ten minuts to get to the stand where the plane is parked.

We are in the 21st century and it is still mandatory for females to use a skirt and tights with temperatures of -5 degrees

I want all the Ryanair employees to have better work conditions and the uniforms' issue is quite significant for female workers. SKIRT IS NOT COMFORTABLE!

I worked for Ryanair. And CC in northern bases suffer a lot. I support them-let them wesr trousets! It looks elegant, it’s comfortable. And more healthy for winter

It would be so much better to have trousers here in cold country like Sweden and with trousers all women will feel much more comfortable.
