Female trousers in Ryanair

They should be allowed to wear pants any time of a year not dippending on weather.

In colder winter months, women should have the option for trousers.

Female cabin crew MUST be able to wear trousers in order to avoid getting sick under very cold temperatures.

Based in Northern Ireland and the weather conditions are so bad during winter that I can barely move by wearing just tights,to not mention when it is raining or snowing.

Please we need trousers also for us when we have the period.

This would mean less expenses for the female crew ( tights do rip easily and are expensive ) less stress for biologically female genderfluid crew members, comfort and health improvement for all biologically female crew members, better grooming for some crew members ( I know by a fact that I look much better with trousers on, not all of us have nice, long, thin legs ) and a consequent improvement in the general performance. Please do consider giving us this option, it costs nothing and brings nothing but advantages for everybody. Thank you!

This would be much more practical when having to Marshall in minus conditions in the winter. Too cold to efficiently work

-9 in winter at otopeni ,Bucharest airpot, too cold for tights:)

Trousers would be more confortable and in a case of an emergency we would move faster
