We need this in order to have an excelelce attemdence, as in my base the winter can be extremlly cold and we can gar sick really quickly.

I was applying for this job and, to my surprise, I saw it was asked of women to wear skirt on recruitment day. Checking the web, I saw no option of trousers. I really don't understand. This job is about the safety of the passengers during the flight and the hardest and longest training part is the medical lessons and how to survive in dangerous and difficult situations if there is a plane crash. I really can't find adequate to be wearing a pencil skirt while performing CRP to a passenger kneeled on the floor. Or how comfortable can be in an emergency landing. I just don't understand how a supposed modern company can still have this policy.

As we are in 2019 and gender equality is becoming Loren prominent, all employees should be allowed to wear trousers at work as part of their uniform!
