This petition is to reverse the set forth statues (see link below) that any felon who was convicted guilty of a crime cannot get there records expunged or sealed. Not one person on earth is perfect and to put statues or laws like that in place really hurt the Economy, there should be atleast a minimum of  3to 5 year without trouble before Felons are allowed to have there records Expunged or Sealed. If a felon does not have the right to have there records Expunged they should atleast be allowed to have there records seal from the public eye only, so that they will be able to get jobs and other things. Now this petition does not support the crimes of Murder, rape or any first degreer felony.
