This petition is being Started to Gain 1,000,000 Signatures to support that Discrimination against Felons be added to the Anti-Discrimination Law currently in Effect, If you are a Felon you may have been Affected by Discrimination, As you know 95% of Jobs have a Question on their Application asking if you have ever been Convicted of a Felony, Once this box is Checked there is about a 10% chance of Employment with the Company in Question, Most times though the Felons are overlooked and Loose out on Great jobs. There is currently Anti-Discrimination laws that prohibit Company's from discrimination based on Race, Sex, Religion, Etc.... I would like to get Felony's/Law Violations added to this List, I myself made 1 Mistake in my life, I am a Great guy but have been Discriminated on because of my Felony, This has got to Change! I AM CALLING ALL WHOLE HEARTED AMERICAN'S WHO CAN ACCEPT THE FACT THAT PEOPLE DO CHANGE TO SIGN THIS PETITION!
