Respected director sir,

Warm regards to you, hope you are in good health and spirits .

I am parent of XXX from class XXX and I wish to bring to your notice certain issues that we as parents are facing regarding the Fee structure for Academic Year 2020-2021. I am writing you to please guide and help us regarding the same.

First of all a big thanks to you and management for choosing our ward to be part of this esteemed institution, I am sure his future is in absolutely safe hands.

Sir as you know this COVID 19 pandemic situation has not only affected personal lives but has caused a major dent on the financial planning of professionals and business community alike.

Due to lockdown and financial fiscal discipline by major buisness groups and MNCs we as professional s are in a majority facing salary cuts averaging 30-40 % and I am sure those parents who are predominantly from business community would also echo the feeling of major financial loses.

We just feel that though as per Government directives college academic sessions cannot commence the fee structure proposed and charged by school is bit unfair on the parents and needs revision and discussion by the management for really helping our the parents in these tough times.

The relation I feel is just not of child with the college I feel parents also develop a long lasting bond with college and so as a close bond with you and management we definitely feel you will look into the issue on priority.

Our concerns are mainly pertaining to following heads in

1) Monthly academic fees to be reduced and rationalised considering online curriculum after proper discussion in PTA

2) If miscellaneous charges can be revisited and adjusted as per the actual academic months in school for this year.

3) Fees like internet and hostel fees should not bee taken as the facilities are not provided.

Hoping you look into the issues and give us parents some relief so our financial planning is on track in this difficult situation.

We fully understand the issues college management is facing regarding payment of salaries to all concerned as that is also equally if not more important.

Requesting you to convene a PTA meeting to discuss and sort out matter at the earliest.

Hoping for a favourable response in this matter.

Regards,
