Please put up ther berm. The berm is essential for all of us that have beach front property! Our complex has suffered with just a few inches of rain, can't imagine what will happen with El Niño to us and all the other homes.

If we have an El Niño year as predicted the berm may well be worth the cost.

There was very good reason for a great many years we had a berm. Do the right thing!

The safety of the Playa del Ray residence in " The Jungle" is crucial!. If the El Niño comes in this winter as predicted, this area will be wiped out without the safety of a Berm.

This town really needs a Berm Built. Especially the beach front owners. We have seen all the destruction in what can happen without it & El Nino this winter is suppose to be the worst winter we have had in quite sometime.

I am a homeowner, on the sand in Playa Del Rey and without the sand berm, our house will indeed get flooded this winter! It world be a horrible idea by the city should the berm not be put in place!

The homes in the PDR beach community need protection. I've witnessed flooding in the past. This winter is supposed to be a stormy one. Please put up the berm and protect our community.
