Dear Vishen,

We wanted to take a moment to share some heartfelt and constructive feedback from the Speaker Mastery community.

First and foremost, please accept our deep gratitude. This course has been truly life-defining for many of us. Eric’s wisdom, authenticity, and energy have sparked powerful transformations — both personally and professionally. The Speaker Mastery experience has helped us find our voices, refine our messages, and step forward with confidence and purpose.

For many of us, this journey has felt like more than a training — it’s become a calling to serve as ambassadors of Mindvalley’s vision: to share truth, uplift humanity, and communicate with impact.

That said, we’d like to offer some honest reflections on the 3-day live experience at MVU Amsterdam.
This element was a key reason many of us joined the programme. It was presented as an exclusive opportunity to work closely with Eric in an advanced, mastery-level, immersive setting. When it was later opened to all Mindvalley University attendees, it inevitably changed the nature of the experience.

While we completely understand and appreciate Mindvalley’s inclusive ethos, the session became large, general, and at times repetitive — revisiting material we had already covered. This left less room for the in-depth, practical mastery work we had anticipated. Many of us felt that the experience, though still inspiring, did not fully align with the expectations set when we enrolled.

We share this feedback not as criticism, but as a gesture of respect, care, and shared commitment to the Mindvalley mission. We believe in the power of transparency and continuous improvement — values that Mindvalley itself champions.

Our hope is that this feedback supports the refinement of future Speaker Mastery experiences, ensuring that every student receives the full, high-touch, and mastery-specific journey originally envisioned.

As a community, we would love to see:

• Recognition that there has been a mismatch in expectations and understanding around the 3-day live experience, and that several students have already taken the time to share thoughtful feedback with Mindvalley but have not yet received a response. Acknowledging this would go a long way toward maintaining trust, clarity, and the strong sense of community that Mindvalley inspires.
• Smaller, more focused group sessions with direct coaching and personalised feedback from Eric.
• Future in-person gatherings or workshops designed specifically for Speaker Mastery graduates — deep, advanced, and tailored to mastery-level growth.

Thank you once again for creating something that has already transformed so many lives. We share this feedback with gratitude, honesty, and hope, trusting that Mindvalley will continue to evolve in the same spirit of growth it so beautifully teaches.
