Dear Lilith Games Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide some important feedback regarding War Path, which I believe, if left unaddressed, may lead to frustration among players and could potentially impact player engagement and investment.

As a long-term and paying player (), I would like to highlight a few concerns which I believe could be detrimental to the game’s overall experience—particularly for European players.

1. Theatre of Conquest Start Times

Currently, the Theatre of Conquest (TOC) always begins at reset time (UTC). This consistently benefits players and alliances in non-European regions, who are online and ready at that time. European players, by contrast, are typically asleep or unavailable, placing us at a persistent disadvantage. To ensure fairness, I recommend that TOC events rotate their start times to accommodate players from various time zones more equitably.

2. Arms Deal Subscription Timing

As a EU-based player, I subscribe to the Arms Deal package, which includes valuable buffs such as increased production speed, troop training speed, and tech research queue access. However, these benefits are only claimable at daily reset (midnight UTC), meaning I frequently miss out on 6–7 hours of advantages simply due to being offline at that time. Given that this is a paid subscription, it feels inherently unfair that European players do not receive the full value compared to those in the Americas or Asia. I believe this imbalance should be addressed—either by enabling flexible claim times or by applying the buffs automatically after purchase.

3. Matchmaking Imbalance

We are currently participating in a Silver I TOC, yet our safe zone is matched against an alliance that typically competes at the Gold II level. This is a recurring issue, where matchmaking repeatedly pits us against far stronger alliances with more advanced and “turtle-style” strategies. This not only creates an unbalanced and frustrating experience but also makes it harder to retain and recruit members. Fair and competitive matchmaking is essential to maintaining meaningful gameplay and player loyalty.

At present, our alliance is unable to engage with the opposing team effectively—either due to their overwhelming strength or their passive defensive play. This results in a stagnant game state where neither side benefits, and overall enjoyment suffers.

I’m raising these points not to criticise, but because I genuinely care about the future of this game and believe these issues, if addressed, could improve fairness, player satisfaction, and long-term engagement.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I’m happy to discuss further if needed and truly hope you will review these concerns with your development and game operations team.

Kind regards,
Warpath players
