In this situation reduction of college fees can be really helpful.Also when central government has declared that classes may not immediately start it's obvious that classes will be through online mode. In addition to tution fees private colleges are charging extra fees under the names of 'value added course','pta fund' etc. These are completely unjustifiable and an immediate action must be taken.
