This petition serves as our exercised right as owners at The Kalahari to have a say in what we feel are acceptable fees and what we feel are egregious and unnecessary. The interest of the board should be the residents of The Kalahari. Instead, we (the owners) often feel like our board acts as a dictatorship rather than in a manner that is inclusive of our community of owners. We have had enough and feel it is important to change the trajectory of how things are handled going forward. We want partnership!
