The brutal killing of Jose Guerena in Tucson, AZ, in May, 2011, was totally unjustified. Several questions about the entire procedure are unanswered or hushed-up by Pima Country  Sheriff Dupnik.   From the lack of probable cause,  the unjustified use of a SWAT team for a simple search warrant, the forced hi-risk takedown in his home, the lack of the team's identification as peace officers, the emptying of their weapons and other improper/unauthorized procedure, including denying the dying Guerena medical attention 60 minutes; needs be brought  to a Federal investigation.
