FEDERAL & STATE BILL FOR PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES AGAINST WORKPLACE BULLYING AND AGE DISCRIMINATION FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE AGES 21-40 YRS OLD. THERE ARE TOO MANY INCIDENTS OF WORKPLACE BULLYING AND EMPLOYEES BEING HARASSED BY MANAGEMENT. EVEN WITH THE UNIONS PROTECTION SUCH AS CWA AND AFSCME UNIONS THEY ARE LIMITED IN THEIR FIGHT TO PROTECT EMPLOYEES AGAINST BEING SINGLED OUT AND RETALIATED AGAINST. LOWER LEVEL EMPLOYEES HAVE NO SHIELD AGAINST UNLAWFUL WORKPLACE PRACTICES DUE TO THE LACK OF PROTECTION WITH GAPS AND LOOP-HOLES IN POLICY. POLICY IS VAGUELY WRITTEN TO PROTECT MANAGEMENT IN FUTURE DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS.



NOTE:On Jan. 10, 2012, Senator Greenstein introduced the Healthy Workplace Bill in the NJ Senate asS 333.Established as "The Healthy Workplace Act," S 333 was referred to the Senate Labor Committee. Committee members and chairpersons are not yet named for the new 2012-13 legislative session
