I am signing this petition with a heavy heart. I comprehend the deep hurt we Ti´s go through and the rabbit dog analogy is quiet right. The split brain syndrome that many go through leaves the perps in deep capture and Stockholm. Most can not be redeemed since they´re level of abuse is extremely deep. The problem with tasting blood and becoming a Vampire. However some can be saved. It is the ones that enact the "Angelic" part of their program. Their is still light in them. We have to learn to reverse engineer so as to never repeat this problem and we can only do that if we learn why, how this happened and how to correct it. I do not, at this point, support the death penalty, but otherwise agree with the request.

I do not believe they can be rehabilitated. I have been a "ti" for 30 years and it gets worse every year.
