We, the undersigned Exonerated Death Row Survivors, petition for Support Services and Financial Compensation from the Federal Government for the men and women who have been wrongfully convicted of capital crimes, sentenced to death, and exonerated because of their actual innocence. Many of these exonerated survivors have been released from State prisons with only the clothes on their backs because of a lack of comprehensive compensation programs across our nation. We, the undersigned Exonerated Death Row Survivors, therefore petition for supportive reentry services and financial compensation and/or monetary reparation.
