Here we are now in 2015, complaints and petitions dating back multiple years...and absolutely nothing has been done. This is outrageous and unacceptable! Ygnition was terrible, but Access Media 3 is down right AWFUL. There is zero customer service/support. I was told on the phone today, "AM3 is working on a solution but at this moment there is no ETA on when it will be resolved." As I respond back to her, "Yeah, they've been 'working' on a solution for 5 years now" she simply chuckled and said "I know". When AM3 tech support can't help but to laugh at how sorry of a situation this is, it speaks volumes. They literally know that we have no options and therefore don't even bother resolving anything.
It is time to put a stop to this. This is unacceptable on every level. I ask anyone who reads this, Farmington Crossing or not, PLEASE sign this petition. Thank you.

Dear god, please provide us Comcast. I know a person that works for Comcast in the Serviceability department and they are looking to extend into FC, just hope they let them.

This is the biggest joke. I hat Ygnition and they crappy service. I am paying for at least 10mbps internet download speed and am barley get 1.5.

Just moved in and am in need of a GOOD internet provider. Found out that my only other offer besides Ygnition that is available is Century Stink for a 1.5 Mbps option. That is too slow. We need more options, I need Comcast, not these Ygnition crooks!

Whoever came up with this contract knew nothing about internet service providers. A shared satellite connection for a huge community is completely ridiculous. Prices are bad, service is bad, just awful
