My brother plays with him all the time. He is a good guy and this is just unfair.
Poor guy. Hope he gets his stuff back soon, nobody should lose their hard earned hours of progress like that.
This is total garbage. Microsoft really messed up here and he needs his account and console back ASAP. Fix this now.
