As an Air Force retiree with over 30 years Military and Civil service experience as a communications intelligence collector,analyst and specialist, I routinely handled top secret sensitive compartmentalized information. If I had done anything near what Hillary Clinton and her staff had done, I would have been imprisoned regardless of my intent. Recently, Ty Clevenger, an attorney filed a FOIA request with the Department of Justice (to include the FBI) for specific correspondence and documents related to the Clinton investigation by the FBI. I am an American citizen who believes in equal justice for everyone. I believe there is sufficient public interest in the Justice Department and FBI's handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation to warrant the release of the information requested in the attached FOIA Request by Mr. Clevenger.
As an enlisted member in the US Marines I knew not to mishandle Top Secret Info. Hillary knew how to handle Classified Info but thought she was above the Law. NOT! She needs to go trial for this. No one should be above the law.
I have been interested in learning this information since Day One. What a stupid excuse to use--that we, the public, are not interested. Surely the FBI could come up with a better lie.l
All are equal before the law ! ..or should be! Name nor associates mitigates a crime ! Hillary Clinton should be held accountable, the same as any other citizen. Without even charges brought against her, it shows we have a two tier legal system. One for self proclaimed elites and the other for the common citizen !
I'm retired AF. What she AND ALL of her staff, Comey, and anyone else involved is criminal and just as any military member knows, punishment is prison minimum, with a felony charge and all the bagage it brings with it: no voting, no firearms, etc.
Hillary needs to be held accountable for her treasonous behavior for years.
Justice for me but not for thee is unamerican!

Equal justice is a compelling public interest. Equality under the law can only be verified by transparency of government decisions. Releasing information is essential for the public to scrutinize actions of decision makers.
