In December of 2015, Coachella Valley radio station KCLB FM 93.7, inexplicably broke ties with The Free Beer and Hot Wings morning show in favor of former Mark and Brian co-host Mark Thompson.

As of Wednesday, August 3rd, Mark Thompson will no longer host a morning radio show, leaving an enviable spot for any show to fill in the valley's only contemporary rock station.
