Towns in the Thirty Mile River Area

Fayette is working with the towns of Mount Vernon, Vienna, Leeds, Readfield, and Wayne to address problems with our current level of internet service. We want to achieve the shared goals of improving economic development potential, building community, reaching unserved and underserved areas of our towns, and ensuring the availability of services that will meet current and future connectivity needs. In short we want to bring affordable and reliable high-speed internet to every door in our communities. If your internet service is unreliable, unaffordable, unavailable or just too slow please sign this petition to support four effort to complete an internet planning process to determine what options we have for improving our internet services and make them affordable and reliable. We will use this petition to support our application for ConnectME planning grant funds.
