I have bought and washed new clothes that I bought for my grandchildren. This was after reading that jeans and shirts with no collars were now permitted.

Fayetteville county should have a dress code change so that kids have more freedom with what they wear...

We returned what we could today, about $30 I'm shirts and bought those HOT, THICK polo shirts. I will be happy to return those and get back the collar-less shirts as my 6 year old HATES the collars and says they are too hot for summer.

I have spent at least $200 on clothing for 2 kids. I already washed them for school. I can't return washed clothing!!! Now I have to spend $200 more on uniforms because both my kids grew. Let them wear jeans and solid shirts!!!

Do away with it all together, it's expensive buying regular clothes and uniforms!!

This should not have been changed 9 days before school started! Me along with other parents have spent a lot of money on clothes that the kids could supposedly wear due to another dress code change 2 weeks prior to this one! This is not fair to us, the parents, nor is it fair to our children. Get it together Fayette County!!!

I have spent $100 on non uniform clothes for my son to start school based or previous revision of the dress code. I don't have to time or money to spend on more clothes

They need to stick to the previous dress cod that was posted. I have already bought uniforms for 2 students that have been washed and can not be returned. I can not afford to buy another 2 sets because policy was changed a week before school starts.

This is ridiculous! A week before school? I don't have the money to buy 2 more sets of pants and shirts. My kids will be there on time, as expected, and in the clothes I have already bought!

I just spent over $200 on getting both of my children New clothes for the new school year. The clothes that I purchased were complient the first uniform policy change. I am on able to return the clothes and Unable to repurchase new uniform clothing for the new school year.
