We petition that Tracy (dispatcher) should not work the same shift family members work due to the fact, that Tracy is skipping drivers in line to receive their call to pick up drop-off and deliver: customers and packages to deliver to destinations, as a cab driver, each one makes their money according to mileage. If a cab sits for two hours idle, no money is made because they are not paid by an hourly wage. Yellow cab has recently hired Tracy's Sister and brother in law, cab drivers that have been hired before these people had been hired have all noticed that Tracy skipps over the drivers that are waiting for them to be called for a run.
