Fathers Rights and Family stabilization Act

Parenting is done by two people and fathers have the right to being in their kids life. Their are a lot of mothers that dont let fathers be part of their childrens lives out of spite and personal feelings that have nothing to do with the child. And they abuse the power that the law gives them and fathers have no say.

About time we get a voice

thank you for the opportunity to better my child's life and give him the opportunity to see and do better for his kid not just me I'm going through my own issues trying to get custody and they're treating me like somebody else like I'm not a father like I haven't been there since the beginning so I can I have my son so yes I would love to sign this not just for me but for my son and his sons in the future we all need equal rights to our child

The courts treated me like a visitor instead of a parent even though I worked everyday to provide for them. Its time to stop treating dads like second class citizens in their own family.

Massachusetts need major change in Probate courts and DCF. Nobody is investigating the woman but damaging a man’s life while traumatizing the children in the process. The state of Massachusetts doesn’t the “Best interest of a child “ but “the interest of the mothers”, who assassinates the characters of men. And these child therapists should be held accountable as well.

These women are abusing their children through there authority of which the system gives them to exercise over the father.
