It is time for Viet Nam to change and accept the views of others without having to imprison them. It is only fear of change which causes such inhumane treatment of others given by those in power. Times are changing, Viet Nam is seen by the world as a progressive and evolving economic country. It is time to be more open and tolerant and take the lead for change in the east. Its people are ready to move forward into a new society with peace and security for all.
