Lovely family friendly pub that's about to be closed permanently. Such a shame and a massive loss to all, near and far.

The Farmers has been a public house since 1780. It has served the area well as a family friendly and inclusive hostelry. The loss of a community asset such as the Farmers is contrary to the spirit if not the rubric of thr Wellbeing of Future Generations Act (Wales) 2015, in affecting both the physical and mental well being of the people of Resolfen and Abergarwed.
