Well I'm sure if the pub had a thriving business this petition wouldn't have even been started.
It's a case of use it or lose it and it appears locals haven't been using it.

This is the only public house in Resolven that serves food, we need to keep it as a pub as it is used by many residents and their families, it will be a great loss to the community to see it go.

Its alwayd been a place where me and my family went! There are too many memories for it to just become a house now! Resolven needs more places like these, the farmers arms has alwats been a comfortable family place where our comunity can go and have a relaxing drink with family and friends!

Save the pub, the village need it. It serves the community and is the community. A meeting place for people whether lonely, single, couples and families. Support the community and keep the pub going.

Pubs should be preserved they are closing at an alarming rate, they are a great village asset as they can bring communities together socially even if you dont drink!

It's memories and a lot of people are not happy with the decision of it being turned into a house the location of this pub is in the middle of nowhere pretty much with only a few houses near by its the only pub close to a lot of people unless they catch a bus somewhere which is unfair this is why it has to stay a pub because it's people's social night out near their homes.
