This is an unjust treatment of a father's sincere wish to see his child. Also, it is discriminating being refused a settlement visa after having lived in Japan for a decade and not having done anything wrong in that time.

Children need a father. Max spends every hour, of every day thinking of his daughter. The children have a right which is being ignored by the courts -- the right to have a relationship with their father.
This is unjust, and needs to be rectified.

I believe Max who is a very close friend of mine is he very loving and caring young man I believe he should be allow to stay in Japan where HIS family are his mum step dad and most of all his daughter is if max had to leave you will be pulling out his insides he deserves happiness
