I am an Animal lover myself and think of my dog as my child, if this would have happened to her I would be devastated, prayers to Lucky’s family

This is heartbreaking! A friend had considered using this facility this weekend. So glad she went ahead and used her vet.

Negligence....this is inexcusable and shows why you should be mandated to have a license/insurance to run any facility that deals with animals. I know people would be extremely shocked to find out how many groomers and boarding facilities do not.

Pure negligence on the facilities part. If it were a child daycare, the circumstances would be the same. They would be held liable and responsible for anything that happens to your children. Justice will be served.
