Filing a restraining order requires little or no evidence. There are no penalties if the order is proven false. The amount of false accusations nationwide are tremendous. Changes in the system needs to be made. Innocent people are being hurt every hour. We are proposing a bill that once an order is proven false there is an automatic 30 day jail term. Please sign this petition to protect the innocence. Thank you.
