It doesn't seem like justice to me that the word of the trucking company is considered fact without any burden of proof whatsoever. The trucker is guilty until they can prove otherwise. Where is the justice in this?

My first driving job was with USA-TRUCK. They forced me to run illegal. They gave equipment that was not DOT safe. They gave me unrealistic appointment times, and they stopped giving me home time. At which I quit, came home for a local job. At one point I applied with JB Hunt. The lady on the phone said, "We have to talk about this DAC report." USA-TRUCK made me look the the worst employee ever. I read online recently they have a class action law suit against them for a lot of things.

I had a false report of quitting under dispatch put against me from Jacobson Trucking,their dollar general account

Just like we have to follow rules and regulations as a truck driver. Trucking companys should also be held accountable for what they do. Not just when its convenient for them.
