The homeowners of this filing demand the Declarant (Falcon Highlands Metro District) to invoke section 501 of the Covenants and appoint a committee of five (5) homeowners, elected by the homeowners, to the approving authority. The representatives of the builders will be removed as approvers, but shall be maintained as advisory representatives.
