Religious organisations should be afforded the same opportunity to open for indoor worship with density quotients equivalent to those seen in other parts of the community such as hospitality. We were afforded the opportunity as we emerged from the first lockdown; we deserve to be afforded the same opportunity again as we emerge from the second lockdown.

People of all faiths need to be able to worship and pray in their church. It very important for mental health too. Most churches are able to accommodate social distancing .

As a minister of the Gospel in Australia and other Asia Pacific nations, I have never seen such restrictions of movement as I do here in Victoria. We are people of good will with very capable and proven intentions of abiding by law that is actually necessary and right for all residents of this great state of Victoria. Please listen to the heart of the people whom YOU are elected to serve. We do not deserve this imprisonment any longer. We never did.

I like many others are despairing at our inability to worship and support each other in this time of COVID. You are supposedly a person of faith whrre is your understanding and empathy for your fellow Christians
