Please open our church. It is not only part of faith, but it helps us get through life. It is a part of who we are. Does not the Aust govt acknowledge that our indigenous community have a spiritual element to there mental health? What makes us any different? Our spirituality is apart of our overall wellbeing. Counsellors can operate. Why not our priests who provide pastoral care and counselling, spiritual direction and confession? Open our churches. We implore you.

I agree with these arguments, as the safety aspects are just as easily, in fact even easier obeyed during worship as in socializing Venues such as pubs and cafes.

It is absolutely essential for me to attend the mass regularly. I am working in retail it is unfair to work and serve face to face many customers everyday In a small retail shop and not being able to attend a church that can accommodate 300 people where we can observe social distancing without interacting with each other.

If people are allowed in commercial venues like cafes then they certainly can be in Churches with the high ceilings and roomy open spaces in a COVID-19 safe manner.
