We request that Murray acknowledge legally that Helen act as co-power of attorney to represent us (Helen, Janice and Lois) in place of Mom (Hazel passed away in November, 2007). In the unlikely event that Murray who is currently the sole power of attorney should die, we need someone to be in charge. Also, we respectfully request that the farm business be responsible for Dad's expenses moving forward. Murray did inherit all the land, business, building, etc., and as such, the farm should be responsible for Dad's care. It was made clear to us by both Mom and Dad that the girls were to inherit the capital...investments, cash, etc. By charging the estate for Dad's care of this point amounts to stealing from our meagre inheritance.
