Yet musicians are systematically denied these same standards and receive no benefits, no health care, no pension, no protections, and no respect.

Union contracts offer the only enforceable protections from discrimination available to every working person, and musicians should not be denied fair working conditions like those enjoyed by their colleagues.

Why are musicians being treated differently? We don't think that's right.
