Mattamy added ridiculous amounts of premiums at the time for lots that cannot be justified. We trusted that Mattamy being a big company with their expertise in market analysis that the prices were fair at the time. There should be policies put in place to protect new home buyers and buyers buying pre construction homes.

MATTAMY forced last year buyer to close without any help. And they are planning to release new phase after most of the “victims “ being closed, so they would reduce the price. That hurts all the residents who r current living in MATTAMY Oakville Community

There must be laws for home buyers protection in a market of highest value purchase by any Family and all the laws are favoring big business house builders. Not Fair
