Sickening enough as it is to see every square inch in Fairhope being sucked up by deep pockets and over developed to death. Fairhope, Alabama was founded on unpretentious, humble beliefs. Fairhope was once a humble, uncomplicated, unpretentious town. This would be commercializing Fairhope, destroying the small town atmosphere (which is the very thing that needs to be preserved), and would be a major eye sore/obstruction for the view from the bluff and the people visiting the pier.

This doesnt need to happen. For one, building that condo would scare what wild life we still have down there away, bring more people which means arrogant ones as well. Leave the place as is , its gorgeous that way.

Please don't allow this!!!! The pier is such a special place for myself and many others. You would be tarnishing that by building such a place. No one needs to live down there, anyway! Ridiculous!!
