We, the undersigned homeowners, strongly oppose the design and of the remodeled bathrooms and reception workspace. We agree that these areas need remodeling, but want the Spanish Mediterranean style maintained and the designs as is are inconsistent with Spanish Mediterranean Architecture. (See for example pages 27 to 42 of the 1983 Architectural Guidelines.) The bathroom design is too modern and will be out of date in a few years. The style of many of the features are not Spanish Mediterranean. (For example, the rectangular reception doors with page 35.) The Spanish Mediterranean architecture of the common area buildings should be embraced and maintained, not abandoned. And we would like to have full visibility of the designs.
