THESE ALLOWANCES WERE A HUGE PART OF THE RECRUITMENT PITCH. THEY CANT JUST TAKE THEM AWAY NOW.

Was definitely sold the job on the promise of those extra payments. Total bait and switch.
Base salary was definitely presented as secondary to the allowances. Everyone knew it at the time.
Base pay is a joke without the allowances we were promised at the start. Need this fixed asap.
It was said numerous amounts of times as an incentive to join QCCA
