Bill went from 300 to 700. This is ridiculous! Our bill has never gone over 300 ever.

This price hike is not right. How are we supposed to be able to feed our families with the cost of staying warm is putting us past what little money we get paid at work. Especially the single parent homes...This is beyond wrong in many ways.

We are a low income household and to see our bill double the last 2 months without any settings in the house changing is just insane

This needs to stop I don't see how this happens when we just voted people in and no one is interested in the best interest of the people who work and not everyone is fortunate to be born with a silver spoon nobody asked for there multi million dollar building the old building was just fine

I live in a one income home, paycheck to paycheck now I can barely afford food and had to put my thermostat almost as low as it would go just to make ends meet.

Some families live pay check to pay check and live on a budget so it's not easy when you budget $100 for your electric bill and find out it is doubled or sometimes tripled! They are forced to choose between spending the extra money on groceries or keeping your power on!

What I don't think NWE understands is that a majority of their customers are on a budget. So if the energy bill increases we as the consumer are forced to cut something out of our budget. Higher energy bills means no shoes or no recreational activity for the kids that month. Kids need shoes and recreation. I personally think we need another energy company so that the prices are competitive(just like shopping for groceries).
